Ann Hsu

Ann is the daughter of Bertrand D Hsu. Similar to her father, Ann is an immigrant Chinese American who has lived and worked in both the US and China. A 25-year professional and entrepreneur in the technology and consumer products industries, Ann co-founded and led her own companies in both Silicon Valley and China for over 18 years.

Ann holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and an MS in Electrical Engineering and MBA from UC Berkeley.

Ann served as Chair of San Francisco Unified School District's Independent Citizens Bond Oversight Committee, President of her sons' Galileo High School PTSA, and was appointed by the San Francisco Mayor to serve on the SFUSD Board of Education.

COO & CFO

Quincy Yu

Quincy is a 45-year professional and entrepreneur. After working at multiple large multi-national corporations, Quincy was recruited and served as CFO, COO and CEO of four startup companies.

Quincy holds a BS in Organizational Behavior and Marketing from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Stanford University.

Quincy is the Chair of the SFUSD Independent Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee, a Board Member of the Lowell Alumni Association and former Vice Chair for Urban Services YMCA Community Action Agency. She is also a SCORE volunteer who frequently presents financial management workshops for small businesses and a former CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) for foster youth.
